Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) – Injection Moulded is a rigid thermoplastic material made from polystyrene resin through an extrusion and moulding process. It produces a dense, closed-cell foam structure that offers excellent thermal insulation, high compressive strength, and strong moisture resistance.
Unlike expanded foam materials, XPS has a smooth surface, uniform structure, and improved durability, making it suitable for both construction and industrial applications.
