Job Description:
The Bilingual Receptionist will be the front face of the office and must be able to:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Must be able to translate documents (English to Arabic)
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondences, reports, and other complex documents.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Must be able to manage documents.
- Prepare expense reports for management.
- Arrange flights and hotel accommodation for travelling staff.

- Must have at least 2 years administrative work experience.
