Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional fluent in English and Arabic to manage HR functions and oversee daily office administration. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for employee support, office coordination, and HR documentation, contributing directly to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes – from recruitment support and onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities as needed.

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional work environment.
